We can accommodate some dietaries but not all. Please call us if you have any questions.
Please expect to spend around 3 hours with us, and book a 6pm table if time is a concern for you.

Labels don't stick well to Pasture. We make innovative food, served in the format of a set menu. We believe in using fewer components in a dish, without fuss and no fancy garnishes. We let the ingredients and our techniques speak for themselves. We source the best produce, seafood, meat and dairy available to us. We work directly with farmers to bring in whole animals so that we can practice our own butchery and age our meat. For the curious, examples of our style of dishes can be seen here.
We cook over a wood fire in an open kitchen. Our dishes change regularly because they are seasonal.
Our list favours natural wines made in New Zealand and Australia, offering something unusual, unexpected and delicious. Our Pasture pairing is designed to complement our food with the same complexity as a wine match, without the alcohol.
Our drinks match can include cocktails, beers, wines and spirits. Our Pasture match includes handmade juices, non-alcoholic infusions, ferments and extractions.
